Retorting to Clichés

Here is me taking a shot at some age old, irrelevant Clichés
___________________________________________________________________

“Power corrupts.”

Powerlessness corrupts even more.

“Follow your Dreams.”

Dreams are just visualized form of interests, interests are nothing but manipulations of society, opportunities and culture.

“Live Free.”

Free world has been tried and failed and only feasible way to co-exist in this world is regulation. Optimized regulations is an ever evolving process.

“Find your purpose.”

Their is no eternal purpose. Find a cause worthy of your knowledge at this stage.

“Move on.”

Their is no moving on from anything. Every action has an effect, running away accomplishes nothing. Acknowledge your scars and don’t make similar mistakes.

“All is well that ends well.”

The ends do not justify the means. It’s painfully easy to rationalize anything.

“Good things come to those who wait.”

No, this is just rationalization of lethargy and dependence on luck.

“Ignorance is bliss.”

Ignorance just increases our ability to take unknown risks. They may/maynot pay off. Choose Knowledge.

“Think Positive.”

Its good to be positive. But most people see this as “Think Denail”. Stop.

“Just do it.”

Think before you do it. Analyze it. Take responsibility of whatever comes of it.

“Don’t quit.”

Quitting at the right time is not a bad thing.

More as they strike…

Suggestions welcome for this post

  1. You are a beautiful and very creative writer Rahul.

The thinking, the reasoning, the trajectory of thought behind every nuance of your innovative mind and putting that down in print is so well executed through your blog.

You continue to surprise me :)
